For a change of pace, Geaux Rouge interviewed the owners of five different restaurants to get a sense of what is going on right now.

Sullivan’s Supports the Community

We started the show with talking with Leighton Carbo, the General Manager of Sullivan’s Steakhouse. Sullivan’s is sharing the delicious flavors of their neighborhood steakhouse in a delivery and pick up format. They have their Fare for Five meal, where you can feed five for a $100.00 and a Sullivan’s Marketplace where you can order different cuts of meats! They are implementing safety seals. Sullivan’s is also helping Geaux Rouge with organizing an OLOL Blood Drive.

Mason’s Focuses on Employees

Kristin Alfandre from Mason’s Grill discusses the importance of putting others first. During this time, Mason’s is continuing to pay their employees, even if they can’t come in to work. They still have their full menu, all deliciously from scratch. This includes the full brunch menu! They continue to serve Baton Rouge for over 22 years!

Curbside Food Truck is Hitting a Neighborhood Near You

Nick Hufft from Curbside and Overpass Merchant is getting the food truck out into the community! They are back to the basics! Your neighborhood will have some tasty burgers and Curbside flavors coming its way! Including ice cream!

Emelie Alton from Bistro Byronz discusses #BetterTogetherBR
